We have a formal production process. Engineers evaluate the processing technology, test the first sample of each part, and keep the confirmed samples on file. During formal production, QC will irregularly sample and inspect the products processed by each machine to ensure the quality of the process.
We respect the intellectual property rights of our customers. Before establishing a cooperative relationship, both parties will have relevant agreements to ensure the rights and interests of both parties.
Our CNC machining can achieve tight tolerances typically ranging from +/- 0.001 inches to +/- 0.005 inches, depending on the material and complexity of the part.
We accept a variety of CAD file formats including STEP, IGES, STL, and DXF, among others.
We employ rigorous quality control measures including in-process inspections, final inspections, and advanced metrology equipment to ensure every part meets our strict quality standards.
We understand the importance of meeting tight deadlines. While rush orders may be subject to additional fees, we will do our best to accommodate your urgent needs.
Provide part drawings or physical samples. Drawing formats include but are not limited to IGS, step, STP, PDF, DWG, DXF, CAD, etc.
We don't have a minimum order quantity, and the sample order will be taken seriously.
