Description
Richconn copper busbar connector is a core component designed for high-current power transmission. It is made of 99.99% oxygen-free copper (C1100) and combined with innovative surface treatment technology. It is suitable for scenarios such as new energy, industrial power distribution, and data centers. Its core advantages are ultra-low resistance (≤0.015mΩ/cm), resistance to extreme environments (-55℃~200℃) and modular rapid installation. It can carry a current range of 200A~12kA, meeting the stringent requirements of the next generation of high-voltage power systems.
Core application scenarios
1. New energy field
Photovoltaic energy storage system: used for connection between battery clusters, supports 1500V DC bus, and reduces system losses to less than 1.5%.
Electric vehicle supercharging pile: adapted to 800V high-voltage platform, single module carries 6000A current, and completes charging of 120kWh battery pack in 30 minutes.
2. Industrial power system
Low-voltage distribution cabinet: replaces traditional cables, saves 60% of installation space, and supports vertical stacking layout of busbars.
Metallurgical furnace: withstand 200kA short-circuit current impact (10ms), the silver-plated layer’s arc erosion resistance is increased by 3 times.
3. Data center and semiconductor
High-voltage direct current power supply (HVDC): 48V/380V busbar directly connected to the server, the power conversion efficiency is increased to 99%.
Wafer manufacturing equipment: The surface roughness of the copper busbar is ≤0.8μm to prevent particles from contaminating the clean room environment.
